Envisage Kitchens

This is the second time we have used Envisage interiors after they fitted our kitchen 3 years ago and after completing to high standard decided to use them again. Keith and his team have done a fantastic job of our bathroom we couldn't be more pleased. The finished product is way below expectations, especially having used a professional company. Work started on 15th Feb 2021. Day 1 I had water pouring through the hall ceiling damaging the wall and ceiling paint when the bath was disconnected. When the shower, which was relatively new, was re-connected to the wall would not work, Keith told me it was broken and that he would not accept liability for it. The height of the shower head cannot be adjusted as it has been positioned too near to the extractor fan and is now too low, which renders the adjustment pole useless. There is grout missing from sections of tiles and tile adhesive left on boxing around pipes that had set hard and needed a hammer and chisel to remove it. My flooring has a hole in it where the old sink pedestal had been, and the new vanity unit doesn't cover it. Two months later I still didn't have a working shower, and having contacted Keith via email on 8th April 21, six weeks later I have not had any of the faults rectified, and he hasn't come out to look at the problems. I had to get another plumber out to come and look at the shower, who on taking it apart found it was full of debris from the bathroom installation! Given that the bathroom is not finished properly, and Keith wont come back out to fix the problems, I now assume that the 5 year guarantee would be useless! I feel as if I have not had a professional company working for me. I can only suggest that anyone considering using this company would be better avoiding them at all costs!

Kitchen and bathroom both fitted and project managed by envisage fantastic service from start to finish! Very professional, excellent service and left my home clean. Would 100% recommend! Thanks to Keith and Dave for everything!

Really surprised by the negative reviews of this company. We had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted by Envisage in January/February 2017 and can't fault either the quality of the installation or the service provide by Keith and his team. So trustworthy that we went on holiday for 5 days and left him the keys.

Thanks to Keith and his team for a beautiful kitchen. Very professional throughout, cleaned up after themselves which was amazing and it has really changed the feel of home.

Came to measure up and gave a quote. Said I would like to go ahead. Despite several messages left, I never heard from him again. I can only imagine the job wasn't big or lucrative enough to be bothered with.

AWFUL WASTE OF TIME, will block you, buyer beware!
