Ryan has successfully completed studying a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition through eCornells -T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies and is currently studying a Diploma in Health Science. These courses have really cemented the truth, that to have long-term health, and for healthy weight-loss, you need to be eating whole plant-based foods.
Ryan has been a successful competitive amateur boxer for the last 6 years, Winning the New Zealand Golden Gloves and other regional titles, and brings this motivation for success into his client’s Training and Nutrition.
