Brilliant experience. I sprained my ankle and have always had a stiff neck. With my slightly "too" straight spine, it's always been a challenge loosening up the muscles and releasing the build up. Sifu [ Master ] Kenneth gave me a full "MOT" carefully. Well managed, and he truly "listened" to my body and bones. I don't think I could have found a better bone setter or chiropractor who made me feel at ease and well taken care of. Knowledgeable and deliberate. If safety, accuracy and professionalism is your top priority, he's your 'master'. Well worth every penny and the drive up. Thank you!

Best experience in my whole life!!!!!! Right from the start Kenneth was amazing and made me feel even more comfortable when I met him. He found the areas of my back and neck pain instantly and was very thorough in making sure it was corrected. Outstanding. I have been troubled for a few months with recurring hip/glute pain, tightness in the neck, lower back, an increasing lack of mobility generally and especially when playing golf/sports. I visited Osteo today and met Kenneth. What an amazing appointment. I really was only in discovery, hoping he could tell me what I could do to deal with the ongoing issues. The kind of trapped/tight feeling around my left hip and Glute is GONE! the pain and stiffness around my neck and shoulders are GONE! Not only that, it's hard to describe but I feel generally better. Had a frozen shoulder that needed treatment and was previously seeking treatment from physio and massage therapist. Progress was really slow and was really pleased to have found Kenneth. The shoulder adjustment was not for the faint hearted but this by far exceeded the rate of healing from then onwards. Excellent skills and the additional treatments have helped tremendously. The service that Kenneth provides is that of instant pain relief. I went to see Kenneth for lower back pain but did not know that I had issues elsewhere in my body. I had seen physiotherapists, osteopathy and many other professionals and yet even after a MRI scan, they told me that was it, it was all they could do. Kenneth is really good at listening, processing what will be the best course of action for my body to take and proceeded to carry out fast and effective pain relief treatments there and then. Will be seeing Kenneth again, whenever possible, 5 stars!

About 3 years I had lower back issues, sitting and walking long periods became difficult. Booked in to see Kenneth, he did a thorough assessment and explained to me what the problem was and assured me it could be treated. After the first session I felt instant relief and by second and third my body already felt stress free. With a combination of massage, manipulation, and stretching the pain has gone.
