Having worked with both athletes and people with sedentary lifestyles, it is not just the sports person and gym goer that benefits from a sports massage.
Using a variety of swedish massage techniques, varying pressures, fascia & soft tissue releases. Sports Massage encompasses many styles of massage and therapy.
Follow ups and home work for your own maintenance.
Please note - Sports Massage is not physiotherapy. I do not 'diagnose' injury. Sports Massage can help rehabilitation from injury and aid recovery. I can work with your physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor and any other therapy you might be receiving so we can progress your rehab, mobility and flexibility.
