Edmonds Boxfit is a safe and fun environment that caters for ages 16 years - 60 years old. Our training sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, body shapes and sizes. We also offer advice on healthy eating options, assess Blood Pressures (BP) and Heart Rates (HR) and conduct weighins for those wanting to make lifestyle changes. On Tuesday and Thursday Nights, training begins at 5.30pm - 7.00pm . There are also morning sessions on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 8.00am - 9.30am.These sessions include, anaerobic exercises, cardio, boxing, core work, circuits, weight training and more.
