Curing and smoking meat is a tradition in "Austria" where I, Heimo Staudinger was born and raised. My idea is to combine the old tradtion, given to me by my grand parents, with the high quality meats farmed in my new home country New Zealand. To keep up with the tradition we don't use any preservatives and additives.

nitrate free
and dry cured and hot smoked under highest possible standards and with all the care that just a artisan producer can put into every single piece of his product. We source our meat from farmers who tread their animals with respect, love and care, so you can enjoy a exellent slice of New Zealand Meat.
