Always fresh fish, always served with a smile – except from one staff member. In this regard, I have to agree with the previous commenter, as this morning I received similar treatment from this exceptional lady, who not only looked as if she wished I were not there, but even that she were not, either.

I am new resident in New Plymouth.One lady staff is very rude ..unfriendly Better change the staff . For the future business Fish quality is good Better we will go to pak n save Because self respect is sometime good than any other quality

Not good service. Would not fillet a Brill for me. Excuse was "they were too busy filleting fish to fillet my fish." Customer relations - zero.

My wife went to this shop today morning for buying some fish where she has requested the staff to cut it into pieces. The staff was very rude and she told her that it will be $5 extra. We are purchasing seafood over there for last 6 months and we never paid for this on the week days we are happy to pay for this even if it’s charged Then she replied saying that thay can't do this time and the staff was very rude in replying her. Such a good store with unrespectful staff!

Fishes are very good. 5 star for that. Staff are very unfriendly, they behave like "why you buying fish from here". Owner needs look on to it. 22/01/2019 Staff service has significantly improved. Best sea fish in the town. Gold star for the fish freshness.

Only place to buy fish advertising so fish and delicious! The ladies will give you tips on the best way to cook different varieties

I've met some of the staff, seen though their processing rooms and was impressed! Tidy, businesslike, safe, caring, productive ... and full of the delicious smells of Taranaki fresh fish. Why would I buy anywhere else!

Windy Near hill top wholesale price fishes overlooking sea. Come early for your choice of variety Freshly caught of the day seafood ie fish @ reasonable price. Cleaning/cutting/filet fish @ xtra cost. Choice of non NZ seafood like frozen prawn are available. Polite & helpful staff tending to customers. Do Q outside if inside is full.

A place where you can buy fresh seafood that is always right. It is also cheaper than other places. Great spot.
