Had the most caring, helpful and assuring experience at Ebbett Taupo Nissan. I was really worried that my engine was getting too hot and there might be a leak, and despite it being close to closing time and the weekend, the staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. They even had their service manager come in on their day off so that I could be sure that my car was safe. A wonderful team that deserve so much credit for the service they provide to the community. I was passing through Taupo whilst travelling, but if I was local I would always be using this dealership. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us and made sure we were safe.
Took my Nissan to ebbett for major engine work. My 1st conversation with them was friendly and they were keen to help. As soon as they got the car in their possession they became very rude and treated me like I was a problem, not a paying customer. Not returning important phone calls when they said would and general attitude was was miserable..I then made arrangements for my car to be transported to another workshop to be fixed. Ebbett stopped the tow truck driver from taking my car and called demanding I payed them $100 cash to get my car released. My insurance company had sent them multiple emails prior and I had told ebbett who my insurance company was but they just wanted me to come give them cash. These people are dodgy, rude and horrible people to deal with If I could give zero stars I would
I left my car for a repair on 18 Jan 2022 for a workshop job that required no road test. When I picked it up there was 16litres of fuel less in the car. This does question the integrity of Ebbett Taupo when you trust your vehicle with them.
Had an issue with leaking diesel in the holiday period. The team could not have been any better to help me. Absolutely amazing service!!!
Absolute horrible experience with this company. We own a Holden and had a computer issue that needed urgent attention. We did not receive any communication in the time our Holden was in the shop 9 days and counting. They were very quick to dismiss our concerns initially that something was wrong with our car and let us take it away from the workshop twice and the problem was still evident. We were constantly ringing them to get updates and no parts were being ordered. Very slow to process even though they said our car was priority. Very poor standard of service

We bought our vehicle here brand new 4 years ago and have had it regularly serviced with mixed results.Mostly dealing with very slow service and people who "fobbed" us off too many times with excuses that made little common sense. This week our ute went in for the usual service and warrant....problems straight away. BIG difference this time though because now Josh is in charge !! Josh went way above and beyond for us and we are more than happy with the result.Thankyou Ebberts Taupo for your service and huge thanks to Josh...well done.
