Beautiful gardens, smells wonderful also. Even as we visited in winter, was still nice. - Must do for families: ask for the duck food and enjoy the madness.
Love this place. Great to visit any time of the year. Was drawn to see the stinky plant, went back multiple times to see the changes. Depending on how I feel and the season dictates where I might spend the time. Lovely walks either on the flat or you can go up the hill..
Very cool place! The Lower Gardens are the best so I recommend starting there, going to see the greenhouse, feeding the ducks and then heading up to the Aviary.
Definitely in my top 3 free places in Dunedin, I love the gardens. There's always a new corner to explore even when you think you've seen it all. Fantastic location for a picnic, family outing, or date.
A beautiful and extensive outdoor garden with an indoor section housing a rare corps plant. We were lucky enough to see it in bloom. Highly reccomend this botanic garden for a midday stroll or after dinner walk.
