Im 36 and me and my family have been using this chemist since i was almost 3 years old. The staff are friendly and helpful. Honestly I wouldnt go anywhere else.
The staffs are well trained and thier customers services is good .The manager too is very explain and well organised .I will recommend them to evryone
Been using this chemist for 34 years . Even well before it was re fitted into a modern chemist , always had great service. Would recommend to anyone . All our family use this chemist .
Really difficult to reach by telephone to order a repeat prescription.

This pharmacy is getting on my last nerve. EVERY time i order a repeat prescription there is always an issue or a very long delay and i am left without medicine, it is absolutely ridiculous that they think is acceptable to treat patients like they are irrelevant. They clearly don't communicate with the doctors surgery very well and are just plain rude sometimes, they have a repeat prescription service which is meant to save time and hassle...so far I have had nothing but stress and pure hassle trying to get my medication. SOME of the staff are lovely and friendly..others however are utterly incompetent and useless. I have been going here for years, i don't know if management has changed recently for there to constantly be issues. If i could give 0 stars i would. Really and truly disappointing, definitely taking my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
Very rude staff. We simply wanted to know which brand of medication they have in stock as our baby is struggling to take an aniseed flavoured medication - they had the same brand we'd already tried other friends have used the same medication in nicer flavours that are easier for a child to take. They were very rude when stating they didn't have the medicine in stock. My husband simply politely asked if he could have his prescription back so we could try elsewhere, and the staff members spoke about him infront of him saying give it back then, he won't find it anywhere... it's a very common medication that at least two of our other friends are using in different flavours at this same time! They need to learn decent manners when speaking to customers. It's a simple question to let us know an answer without treating us as imbeciles. Won't be going there again and will let others know they are not recommended.
Nice place for a chemist.
Great same day travel vaccination service. Had mine on the same day.
