Impolite. He only destroys a shoe for which he sees no potential and cannot do anything else for it! Very bad!
Had to have a car key made, I paid 93 euros for a made key and I could then open my electric door with it and start my car, not that nice, so I went there twice and it didn't work then, I just had to open my door with the key. And they are not as friendly as they used to be, when it was a small business across the street. Fortunately, we still have a very good shoemaker in Den Helder and not expensive!!
Simple job. Good work and good price. However, customer friendliness leaves much to be desired in communication. Let me say, it doesn't radiate anything, at most boredom. That's a shame, the shopping experience becomes a 3 instead of a 5.
I brought my expensive shoes to have the heels replaced.he fixed it but damaged them. and the answer was; if I don't like it, I have to find another cobbler. while they had already been damaged by him. the worst experience ever! NEVER GO THERE!
Very good and can give all my shoes that apparently cannot be repaired a new life and provide new shoes with extra insoles so that they last longer!
I come here every now and then to have a patch put on my vest, and that is always done immediately, and for a few euros. That is service of the highest order.
What a customer-unfriendly business this is. Smoking in the store, just think a polite customer is crazy and then don't enter into a discussion. 1 star is still too much.
