Ordered a iced coffee from here today however was left feeling sick after finding lumps in my coffee. Three of us got drinks and all were the same. Not impressed Dunkin.... safe to say you have lost three loyal customers. :

Fresh Donuts and Super Coffee! If trying to restrict sugar intake and on a strict budget try the smaller munchkins. 12 donuts 24 NZD. Plenty of seating space inside. Donuts made fresh in store. Helpful staff members.
Bought a coffee and Bavarian cream filled doughnut. Coffee was extremely weak and there wasn’t much cream in doughnut.
Haven't stopped by here til tonight and glad they were still open! Hours a little later, 10pm, perfect for my walk home. They keep it fairly well stocked with choices this late and clean too. Super friendly.
you should improve the customer service quality on your employees. The asian woman who take the orders in the afternoon is absolutely disrespectful. I'm sure there's people who can do her job way better. I won't buy again in Queen Street, definitely.
A delicious breakfast, sometimes it's possible :- During each stay in Auckland we need to have breakfast there at least once. Then we also add a nice espresso to our breakfast.
Heaps of variation and stock of donuts. Make sure to come a bit early though.
What kind of eating establishment have no wash room or toilet??? Total fail!
