Guys your Hamilton branch is pathetic. For the last 3 weeks i am trying to change just a last digit of the direct debit account number. Made several phone calls and text messages but still nothing. Also there was an order which was placed wrong by your team and even after 4 weeks a credit note has not been provided. Your staff is the most irresponsible and laid back staff i have ever seen. Your accounts person never picks up a call. The staff is not available after 4pm.

I brought a bag of Gilmores brand Muffin Mix. Ive followed the recipe exact and every batch gets binned they taste awful. Anyone had this problem.?

Absolutely felt like an oven in there today but I guess it is a warehouse.. We often buy beef here in bulk, and those prices are pretty good! Most times there's quite a selection of everything, and I love that you can buy bulk lots so 1kg of red cherries, not 250g! Staff are friendly when you find one, not crowded at all.

Good parking. Large commercial trolleys. Welcoming friendly helpful patient staff. Good range baking goods, Generally good range of other foods. Bulk buys bring better discounts. Always feel I've saved money. Never fails to please. Clean large premises.

I bought tomato paste which I wanted to return. So a very rude lady asked me if I'm going to buy other items instead. And I said ok I will grab a replacement so she agree that I return the items. I went inside and got cheaper tomato paste, onions I wanted to the cashier the same rude lady told me I have to have business card which she could of told me before getting into the store to look for replacement. If there is less than one star I would evaluate. People don't forget how bad place that was in a terrible time for most of families. There is no way all the people were inside had a business card my own guess is they hand it to eachother to buy items. The rude lady at the end was telling me now next time you will know you should if have business card to buy. What the wrong with these people. I won't buy from this terrible store even if they announce stuff for free.
