Dos Amigos

I go here for the chimichanga although I hadn't been here for awhile but was looking forward to it. I feel like it may have shrunk since the last time I was here? I thought a fresh salad was necessary or at least more of the freshly diced tomatoes. Our waiter was friendly and location is great for Mission Bay. Check out the resident iguanas, Cancun and Juanita in hibernation mode on the night of my visit. I look forward to branching out and trying something different from the menu and dessert of course on my next visit.

Just give a review on my takeaway today. This is my second time visit. First time was great, but not this time. I ordered tacos and pork ribs, everything was just light warmI live 3 mins away from the store, taco base was broken and also they missed my curly fries. I called them and they made me a standard fries with “curly fries” on the receipt. I don’t know if they meant to do with a return customer but this is not acceptable to me.

The worst mexican food in the country. Tasteless and stale. Paid top dollar, got dog food. The guy at the door was super friendly and seated us, that's where the good stopped. The waitress was pressuring us to order and we felt rushed. Then the food came, we ate some of the starters and left the mains as is. When the waitress saw we left everything including the drinks, she didn't even ask why? I don't know how a restaurant like this will survive in the future, but they will never see me again.

I've been here a few times now. The atmosphere is quite nice - there was lives music the last time I went and there is a lot of decor, including a bearded dragon. The guys is pretty good and the portions aren't so big you feel bloated afterwards. Will definitely come back at some point

Just had a lovely dinner here. This is my favorite place for Mexican food and I have never been disappointed. Love the Chipotle prawns, burritos, Quesadillas, hot wings and desserts. We had great service and Sam was just friendly and efficient from the call for our booking till we left the place.

My partner and I visited tonight with a friend of ours and it was such an excellent experience. The staff are so friendly, the service is efficient, it was easy to order food and drinks from our phone, the atmosphere was good, and they were able to cater to my dietary requirements which I was so happy about. I highly recommend visiting Dos Amigos for a meal Dietary restrictions: Dairy free, gluten free

The best authentic Mexican food in Auckland. The sunset view was good. Tacos, Nachos are the best.

Busy Mexican restaurant. Come in-early or book early for secure sitting. Indoor & outdoor sitting available. Busy & friendly staff. Pork ribs were tender juicy & off the bone. Tender Grilled chicken served with lots of black beans. Tequila sludge was a bit on sweet side. Try their signature Nachos served with avocado & melted cheese. For birthday parties....staff will sing Mexican birthday songs. Ponchos are provided if your are feeling chilly
