After making an online order for delivery i received a call and asked to come in to pick up a cash refund with the excuse of being too late to order. After letting them know i was Isolated and that would be impossible i was passed off to someone else that asked me how they could help... eventually i was told the order will be completed. It was 1hour and 40mins before i received my order. And not a single item was correct. Had to throw everything away due to allergies. I have been given vouchers for things i cant eat as a "sorry" its now been over a week and still haven't received a refund. Terrible service all around. Find a pizza hutt or hells instead
Even though they had like 3 orders with around 10 pizzas each, they tried their best to make our order ASAP with good standards. They offered a free drink for the inconvenience, good customer service Vegetarian options: We ordered veg trio, apart from that, they got cheese, garlic cheese and many other options.
The pizzas came slightly ovecooked but that's not the worst bit. Instead of cheesy garlic bread like we ordered, we got whatever this is in the picture. These guys really need to up their game!
I basically got scammed. Ordered 2 XL pizzas while my brother ordered 2 large pizzas and the XL was the exact same as the large, only difference was I paid more. Their drinks are fine, garlic bread is fine, pizza was a scam and there's absolutely no where to sit. There was also only one guy working, so it took a little bit, but that was fine.
Usually these guys are good but the Supreme pizza at $16 paid an extra dollar for thin and crispy was pretty sparse on toppings. Could only find 1 tiny piece of mushroom, 2 of beef and very little capsicum and no spring onion! My friend's Hawaiian had more topping on it than mine!!
Worsttt pizza I ever had. No toppings DOMINOS need to look out the quality these franchises selling.
Pizza was average and toppings on 1 pizza was so scarce it just looked like a base with a light sprinkle of cheese. Service was OK. There were a lot of people waiting. When I made my order, I was told 15-20 minute wait. That was fine, but it ended up being 45 minutes. To be fair, they were extremely busy and very understaffed, so 2 issues that were out of their control. But just the quality of food, not the greatest.
Couple of weeks ago, after a long day thought it would be ideal to get some takeaways and we decided to go for a deal and it was apparently time based as per staff not available after 4:30 but we ordered anyways and they charged us extra 15 bucks and later on when we went online and saw the same deal was open with no time limits and it would have been cheaper to get it delivered instead of waiting in there and we told them to add 1 garlic breads instead they added on 2 costing us extra which we never ordered. After that we confronted the staff regarding the deal and they just said "sorry" that's it ..... never going back there again ever it's terrible service. False information completely. I feel for the staff since there were just 3 people rushing in the kitchen and trying best to make all the orders on time but when it comes to information and good services not great at all.
Ordered a bottle of coke, they arrived with a bottle of coke zero because they're out of coke. They made no attempt to contact me beforehand to confirm that that would be an acceptable substitute. They refused to take the bottle back and return with a replacement. When calling to complain they pretended to be friendly but ultimately were completely unhelpful.
Been waiting for 2 hours for my delivered pizza. Have been trying to ring store but continous line busy. Still sitting here wondering if its going to arrive or if i meed to go & pick up myself. Absolutely terrible to be honest.Service: 1/5
