To start off, the staff are polite and the store is clean however the food is absolutely appalling. Every time I have gone here the food is either undercooked, overcooked, dry, wet or they mess up something in the order. It would be different if it was a one time thing but it’s constant mistakes. The food we got tonight though was the worst and we will not be returning. It quite literally looked like they dipped the pizza in water. I will attach a photo. Very disappointing.
I think a lot of the negative reviews this place gets is because people don't expect the kind of pizza dominos sells. If you want cheap, quick, take away pizza then this is the spot! Super saucy and plenty of toppings, it was exactly what we wanted. The guy behind the counter was enthusiastic, friendly, and gave us a replacement for a side that was out of stock. No complaints about Alexandra Domino's!
Fries were only warmed through and half frozen. Pizza was OK. The new doughy dessert was burnt black, not at all like the one they show on the television advertisement. In future will only buy pizza and no extras.
I seldom do 5 stars, but seriously these guys went above and beyond. Great pizzas with super fresh ingredients. Excellent service and super friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Terrible. Website photos are absolutely misleading regarding size. We have laws to protect consumers from these types of behaviours so will see what the commerce commission will find.
