Been here a few times before the refurbishment and after. Seem to consistently missing items out of our meals. There seems to be no standards in this workplace, maybe the store manager should be fired?
As we don’t know the area well, we settled on our tried and trusted meal of a dinner for two. We parked down by the boat ramp, and started our dinner for two with a view. Alas, without cutlery, we found eating potato and gravy, and our coleslaw slightly unsavoury . With potato, gravy, coleslaw, chicken grease all over ourselves, we didn’t realise we needed to ask for napkins. Hence the generous 2 star rating. The seagulls enjoyed the meal more than we did, and I had to scrub myself with a used face mask, and hand sanitizer.
Literally the most filthy place I have ever purchased food from. The toilets where disgusting. The staff where fine. The whole place needs to be knocked down and re built.
Waited at counter for 15 min while worker was walking round and round counter doing jobs on both sides. Sauce missing and hair found in food. Restaurant not advised!
Rubbish bin overflowing, tables and floor had food scraps on them. Not given any serviettes, service not great. Worst KFC I have ever been to, would not go back.
The service was absolutely terrible and when we got to the front of the line the young guy that was behind the counter disappeared so we left. This is not the first time we have a bad experience at this shop
Good cook on the night i was there and the staff where friendly so pretty good but the drinks fridge is abit smelly where you get your big bottles of drink from needs a clean Kid-friendliness: Staff where polite
Whoever is serving on the drive thru at 1:08 pm Thursday 20th of October needs a payrise absolutely outstanding service made our day shout out to you my man
Don't go here, had to wait almost an hour for 2 burgers. Once we finally got the food it was cold. Obviously needs more staff
Had to wait 35 minutes 4 2 snack burgers bloody disgusting if u ask me all kfc are going like this same in dunedinFood: 3/5
