Terrible, like absolutely awful. Office does not answer phone, booking was accepted but there was not a driver available, so they decided not to do it. This is not the first time they have let me down, previously I was stuck in the middle of the night and they could not manage to send a taxi, when they finally got one after promising me one three times, he called me directly to negotiate a price before he picked me up. There is no wonder taxis are being beaten by Uber, this company is almost criminal in it's negligence. DO NOT USE.
If i could give 0 stars, I would have given 0 stars. We had booked a taxi at 11.30 and are still waiting at 12 noon. No phone to call! No communication! Nothing! Utter waste!!
We had Prakash pick 8 of us up at the international Airport lastnight, and he was rude to deal with. He was yelling saying he couldn't see when he reversed, like its our fault or problem? Then he overcharged and said it's because he was booked for 6 people, although I selected 7-8 people and made a note of the luggage and people. I emailed the customer service team about the cost and service from Prakash, and they didn't comment or apologize for the rudeness of the driver and started the email with "I talked with the driver about the cost". I guess you get what you pay, cause they were the cheapest.

Booked a taxi for a specific time off-peak. Didn’t turn up and no communication. When I called them they said they were busy. No apology. Useless. Will never use again. Suggest you use a company who can deliver the service they are there to provide.
I booked taxis to and from Auckland airport with Discount Taxis. They had excellent communications, the drivers were on time, very friendly and patient. I would use them again anytime.

I have used these taxis vans for years - perfect. Always on time and fits the whole family and ALL the suitcases. Drivers are always very pleasant and friendly. Even get them to take my mother home from airport.

Our driver David was early and waited for us outside the hotel without rushing us through. We were appreciative of his patients especially since we were travelling with our 9 weeks old son. He was very polite and wearing professional attire. Very patient driver with Auckland's traffic and always have both hands on the steering wheel, didn't look at the phone even once. Flat rate $40 and that's what he charged us in the end. He had to run the meter due to legal requirements and put us at easy by telling us not to worry about it. Highly recommend.
