Slow service but amazing food. Try their alcohol menu. A thumbs down to their mac n cheese though. The meal has a good presentation, fries are nice and crispy, burgers are nicely presented and portioned. The place is like walking to the 90s or visiting America vibe. Good staff. I was expecting them to wear roller skates but oh well. Awesome drink menu!
Had a nice dinner here while down in Christchurch for the weekend. There were many burger options I had the Kansas and a lot of milkshake flavours to choose from I had peanut butter and tried the rocky road. Staff were kind and the decor matched what I would have expected. An enjoyable night out, for sure.
Amazingly American atmosphere, when I walked in I was instantly transported to a retro diner on the route 66! My family and I celebrated my dad's birthday here and all of the staff knew so paid special attention to him. Of course I ordered a milkshake, it was called "Unicorn" and spectacularly sweet, perfect for a gal who was craving sugar!
As if you’ve been time warped and spat out in America in the 60’s. Delicious milkshakes and burgers, with curly fries to die for! To add to the authenticity, soulful 60’s, 70’s and 80’s music has you swaying and humming along. A really wonderful experience.
I recently had the ribs. They were average. Quite dry and far to much sauce. Sauce was tasty though. Caramel milkshake was very nice. Arizona burger is delicious and the mac n cheese is quite nice. Parking: There was no parking at all. Had to park down a side street and walk for a good 5 min
Definitely looks like an American diner from the 50's. The food however does not even stand up to an American Dennys. If you go here, you're paying for the atmosphere and that's about it.
What a great place The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant the staff where very nice and polite and the service was brilliant Ordered the big breakfast gluten free and it was Enough to fill me up for the whole day and I can safely say it was OK for people with celiac I would highly recommend if you are in Christchurch looking for a good place to dine
Fast service, reasonable pricing, very good food. Mainly burgers, sandwiches, hotdogs, tex Mex, breakfast and salad. Very American old diners menu.Food: 5/5
Darn good food and a pretty cool vibe. Service was excellent with our server going out of her way to find vegan options for one of our party when they were out of stock of one item. I'll be going again
A little disappointing. Burgers were not the greatest, expensive considering. Milkshake is great, but far to sugary for me.
