DignityFirst was there for my Grandad and I when we needed them the most. Toni and Bobby were easy to communicate with and talk to. If there were any issues, they responded right away and helped as quickly as possible. They have a great team of Caregivers. Though we had the pleasure of having multiple caregivers, I would like to make a shout out to Teresa and Deni.These individuals truly care about their clients and take the time to get to know them and how they like things done. They were the most consistent and attentive, I would highly recommend them! We had a great overall experience with the company and caregivers. I would definitely recommend this company! I recommend DignityFirst Health at Home because of the extraordinarily responsive, efficient, and supportive service by Executive Director Toni Maldonado and her expert staff. My 32 year-old daughter, Julia, needed a Certified Nurse Assistant to monitor her progress while recuperating at home after kidney transplant surgery. Although Julia's expected hospital discharge date kept changing, when the actual moment came Toni promptly provided just the right caregiver. Ruth arrived early and eager to work; her professionalism, knowledge, and experience were immediately apparent. Julia had been extremely nervous about returning home, but was reassured as soon as Ruth arrived. They instantly established a rapport based on their mutual interest in dogs and gardening, and over the course of her 4-day stay Ruth was attentive to every need and request Julia expressed. She even slept on the couch outside the bedroom to be close by should Julia call out during the night. Ruth's very presence was pivotal in making the whole family feel secure, thus ensuring a successful transition from hospital to home. We are very grateful to her.!

We used DignityFirst in conjunction with hospice for my father. Toni was communicative, caring, and so helpful. Our caretaker Claire was invaluable during such a difficult time. She had a calming energy and extensive knowledge.

Dignity First is the gold standard for in home support. I can’t thank Toni, who owns the agency, and her staff for the exceptional quality of care they have been providing my mother for years. Toni quickly responds to any questions and/or inquires that either I or my siblings have. She has personally reached out to us when there are concerns with my mother’s overall health since we don’t live within my mother’s vacinity. My family couldn’t have done it without the love, caring, and assistance of Dignity First, especially Jasmine! Jasmine went beyond the call of duty to ensure my mother had everything she needed for her new apartment prior to her move. On her own accord, not only did Jasmine went and got the items and bedding supplies, she personally adorned the new apartment with family photos, made the bed with her new bedding and throw pillows, and organized her clothes and toiletries so that my mother can easily access. Jasmine did this on her own out of compassion and dignity for my mother. This is just one of the many examples Dignity First caregivers have shown the care, compassion, and the quality care our love ones need. Jasmine, Aly, and Misty I can’t thank you enough for being my mother’s Angels. Toni and Bobby are the exception to the rule for outstanding home care service. Gold Standard in every way!

I am so amazed of the caring loving people. We called needed help with our mom. We only had hours to get her home. Not only did they get there before her, they greeted her at the door. Made her comfortable. Claire did not leave her side until the end. The care she provided was far beyond better than anyone could ask for...For this I will be forever grateful, knowing mom was not in pain, clean, and happy. Many thanks again..

We were so lucky to have found Dignity First to come to our home and take care of our elderly mother so we could get away once in awhile. The caregivers, Marti and Deni, were both outstanding and my Mom just loved them. They visited with her all day and she loved them so much she was sad to see us come home! There are no words to express my family’s gratitude and love for our mother’s caregiver Alexiss. Dignity First Health at Home was absolutely fantastic. We could not have taken care of my sister at home without their professional support. Natalie, the nurse assistant, that Dignity First sent to our home was just perfect! She stayed at my sisters side and watched over her, tending to her every need. She was so gentle with my sister, soft spoken, caring and loving. My sister was very comfortable with Natalie. Toni was awesome. She gave us professional and emotional support that we needed. Thank you Dignity First for being there for us at our time of need!

We were so fortunate to have someone who used this service and recommended DignityFirst Health at Home when we were in need. Toni came out the day we called, did the assessment, made recommendations and got us the help we needed quickly. She even provided us with caretaking tips that we could implement. She is very careful in screening her employees, and assuring everyone is doing best practices to avoid spreading disease. This was important to us, since we had a medically fragile patient.
