I've been in twice now and everyone that we have talked to has been so incredibly helpful and polite. The shop is so beautifully presented and the kids area was such a lifesaver when we first went in with our daughter. It really is a great shop with amazing product and staff.
We called into the showroom just to get a feel for what was available. Heather did a brilliant job of talking us through options. Really knowledgeable. Nathan came and did a quote and his advice and the pricing was really good. We ended up going with another company for reasons that were nothing to do with Devon and Patterson. We were really impressed with D&P's service and have heard good things about their installation.
Today we got our new carpet.nnWe chose Devon and Patterson because they are a family owned business and we felt that would mean they would be knowledgeable, focused, efficient, and really listen to what we were wanting.nnWe hadn’t found this elsewhere we had been.nnWe are REALLY happy with the service we have received from Devon and Patterson.nnOur new carpet looks great.nThe whole process has been a dream run. The sales floor people were very knowledgeable and helpful, the quoting process was easy, and the carpet layers Chris and Lance were amazing. Very reliable, fast, polite, friendly and careful.nI’ve had carpet laid in my previous houses elsewhere - none of them came close to Devon and Patterson for their service.nWould thoroughly recommend them.
Was happy with everything except the installation of the carpet by their contractors because the installers damaged all my skirting boards. As you can see in the photos whatever tool they used to install the carpet scratched my skirting boards so we had to get them repainted which was expensive.
Went here looking for carpet offcuts, they have a bunch of discounted end rolls and mats out back. They have some that are already overlocked or you can choose a roll and pay to have it overlocked $10 metre.
