I’m sad to say I’m posting a one star review. I getting the strong impression these guys are rip off artists. It’s all about the money. Read the other one star reviews - I’m not alone. I purchased the Terminator package for my son’s birthday and booked and paid for twelve people. A nice chap phoned me the week before and I told him that numbers would be fewer, would that be a problem, could I get a refund? He said don’t worry, that’s no problem, but don’t do it now as you might want to use the extra money for more balls on the day. I felt secure that I would be treated fairly. I spoke to the organiser on the day and they said, no problem, they will see you only had 9 players and sort it out. I trusted these guys. But today I find out they won’t refund me. Nope, only a $300 credit. It’s an hour’s drive from Auckland and I’m not going to use a 3 paintball player credit. Which I am sure is common. Very disappointed. I’d recommend the paintball place out by the airport instead. It’s not worth getting ripped off if you have any players who can’t attend!! Furthermore, we didn’t get the extras promised in the expensive package. No body armour as promised - they laughed and said they had run out months ago when I asked. No refund for this service we didn’t receive, and no attempt to change their advertising. I would never go again. There a much better place by the airport - go there!
Wicked. We loved it. After getting tips for anti-fogging, it was straight down to business. Well organised. Few gun jams but staffers Sam and a young woman got us sorted. They were great
It was great fun. Quite an adrenalin filled time. 6 games is great. If you're trigger happy, definitely get 1000 bullets. They can disappear rather quickly. Discount if you book as a group, 1000 bullets for 100 dollars and I think it includes gloves if you so want. Only downside was getting there, google maps tried to take me down a cycle only road for a mountain biking place. Recommended to put the street that turns onto delta forces street
WON’T BE BACK!!!!. Delta force Paintball Woodhill cancelled my morning booking for my sons birthday two days before his party and moved it to the PM slot. Wasn’t given a choice. They allowed everyone else to change their bookings last minute leaving my group with no opponents. Said that there was insufficient players. Yet when I got there, there were people playing in the morning slot. When asked what compensation was there for them breaking a contract- their answer was nothing as your $420 paid didn’t make the $600 minimum spend so I didn’t get to have a say in my booking being changed and no compensation offered of any kind. It seems customers aren’t important but the $$ are. It took one and a half hours to start playing. VERY disorganized. People arrived 40 + minutes late but were still allowed to play and hold everyone else up. Groups were too large and adults were allowed to play against 13 year olds and the adults were cheating! Equipment compared to other paintball venues was minimal and inferior quality. No body armor provided. The cost of buying extra bullets was ridiculously over priced. Disappointed is an understatement.
Want to give 0 stars. Pretty basic games and stuff. We registered online and charged $15 per person and $70 for 500 balls per person. People who turned up directly only need to pay $70 and registration is FREE. I don't know what kind of logic it is?? Not going there again.
Totally RIP OFF!!!! SCAM ZERO rating We purchased 30 tickets for my son’s birthday in the shopping mall when they doing promotion and they told us all we need to do is just to make a phone call and book. When we want to book, the lady told me we have to pay $25 per person, and it is non- refundable. I asked to speak to the sales person, and they told me they are independent, I told them the sales person told us we just need to book, and we can use two tickets if we want. They refused to do anything and I felt they have get used to it. If what they said is correct, that means I have to pay $750 just I order to use the tickets that I have paid in advance!!!!!! That is a total rip off!!!!! And also because of this, we decided not to go because we DO NOT want to support this business! I TOLD MY WORKMATES AND SHE TOLD ME HER GRANDSON HAD the same situation, and I also found so many rip off articles on line, news etc, if you search, you will find it!
Tiny courses with bullets flying everywhere. We had 30 people then they joined us with another group. No room to do anything but get shot 100 times. Fun for about 10 minutes. Half of us didn't even play the last game.
Awesome paintball site! 40min drive from Auckland CBD but well worth it! awesome for stag do or just casually. only thing was we were standing around for quite a while when we got there for the first gameabout an hour but other than that no complaints!
Really great place to play paintball. All the staff are amazing and give really clear instructions! The games and set ups are awesome as well. Would definitely recommend
