I’ve tried this nail salon when I first arrived to London and since then, I never stopped coming. I get my nails done with gel every 2 weeks and my feet once a month and the service was always excellent. Tina, and her staff have always been super friendly and kind. I like nail art and they have done the most beautiful designs on my nails always keeping them clean and classy. I strongly recommend Lavish Nails for anybody looking to get their nails done! Trinh is incredible, she did amazing on my set that I was wearing when I got engaged. The shop is small but clean in a shared space with a dry cleaner. There was a bit of chaos as customers came in with the team there juggling who was doing what so I suggest setting an appt for first thing in the morning.

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now. I’m very picky with my nails and they always listen and reach my expectations. Always leave very happy with my nails. Totally recommended.

I would really avoid this salon. I booked at 18:45 salon closes at 20:00 and the girl doing my nails made it very clear she just wanted to get it over with as quick as possible and get home. As I sat down she straight away was putting glue on the extensions to apply, not even manicuring my natural nails. She was very careless when filing or using the electronic tools to the point where the extension would snap and she would have to reapply the glue and start again. Throughout the whole treatment two other nail technicians stood over and watched which made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. I had asked for a very simple nail art small red hearts on each nail when applying this all the hearts were different sizes and some didn’t even resemble hearts. I asked politely if she could re do a few and could tell my technician was extremely annoyed as redoing the nail art would only delay her leaving the salon further. I sat down for a full set of build a gel nail extensions at 18:45 and was asked to pay at 19:25 which says it all. When the nails were ‘completed’ my technician stood up and removed her a apron and put on her coat while one of the others took payment in coat ready to leave my nails were absolutely NOT finished and I was left extremely dissatisfied. My hands were covered in dust from the treatment and I had nail varnish all over my skin, not to mention the completely dissatisfactory manicure I was left with. I felt it pointless to say how I felt as the staff were waiting at the door ready to leave. Overall a terrible experience, 0/10Service: Nail extensions

Kelly and Tina were fantastic. I got a Manicure French Tip and Pedicure and both look great. I will return again for another treatment. * Upon further returns I have been pleasantly looked after by Tina and my nails are actually growing so nicely. I recommend Lavish nail Spa highly.

Lovely customer service. My pedicure was great soak and skin file was thorough but the actual paint and polish was average. People commented to say it looked like I did it myself which wasn't what I was going for :

Wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the price. The lady cut three of my fingers really bad and they are still hurting after days and one wound is infected. Plus the tips weren’t fitted to my nails properly and there are gaps between my natural nail and the acrylics. Which already made them lift. The nail polish isn’t applied neatly as well.

I just had my Biab gel extension done with beautiful Chrome on.Tina did for me very natural and lovely shape too . Will be back for my refill for sure
