Came in from David Jones across the road after being provided awful customer service. It was like night and day! Staff in the beauty section, namely DIOR - thank you so much! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back to shop in again.

Farmer have many brand about cosmetic, cloths and items. I bought a perfume, I am very please that I can test it whichever I wish. Another item that I bought is orange Jump suite with 50% from NZD100 to NZD50, a lot of fitting room made quite easy for me.

Farmers is not what it used to be. Several times lately I have experienced a distinct lack of customer service. Staff, not necessarily the company, just don't care. Take your money and see you later - maybe!

Sami from 'The Ordinary' counter was fantastic with outstanding knowledge and enthusiasm. My wife ended up purchasing quite a few products due to Sami's assistance.

Nice shop, however be warned - there is NO kids clothing / toy section at this farmers!
