THE WOSRE HUSKVARNA DEALER BY FAR !! We purchased a new ride on mower a couple of years ago We took it in for its first service, and ever since then we had a squealing sound coming from the mower. We have had multiple dealings over this matter to try and resolve it ,but nothing was ever fixed. It has taken almost 3 years to resolve this. On numerous ocassions ive taken it for a service, the service card states the blades have been sharpened ,but NEVER ONCE have they sharpened them. We bought new blades out of frustration. I contacted the owner of the bussiness several times about poor customer service ,bad attitudes and very poor service techniques. His attitude was also poor and wont return phone calls. I really have to wonder how this shop stays open for bussiness. We have moved out of the area now ,so thats a plus we never have to deal with them ever again.. My recomendations would be to find a different dealer.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff & a good range of products, would highly recommend & will definitely be returning
