A CrossFit gym owned and operated by husband and wife team, Bjorn and Anja Lundin. They are both extremely passionate about health and wellness and are pursuing their purpose in life by helping to improve others quality of life.
Bjorn has been doing CrossFit since 2012 and has spent the last 3 or 4 years working towards operating his own box. He has interned under Darren Ellis and Krista Sandford-Hill at CrossFit New Zealand and Reebok CrossFit 09 respectively since March 2013. Bjorn is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) and has also completed the CrossFit Strongman and CrossFit Weightlifting courses. He continues to pursue further qualifications and expand his knowledge to ensure he can bring top quality coaching to the members.
The CrossFit Ultimate Connection philosophy is "Suatinable Fitness for Life" meaning they don't believe in fads or quick fixes and are focused in creating and maintaining healthy lifestyles and habits for everyone!
