I’ve been going to Jude for a number of years, in various locations and am so happy that she has this beautiful space to practice & teach in. ‍ She is a remarkable teacher who adapts each pose so you learn how to get the  best outcome for your body. ‍ Her vast knowledge of yoga and the body have you finishing the class feeling relaxed, challenged and satisfied. I love Jude’s energy and can not recommend her highly enough. We are so lucky to have her.

Jude has a wealth  of knowledge and is generous in sharing it.  She is passionate and  committed to Iyengar yoga through her own practice and in her teaching.  She strives to enable you to be your best you, both now, in 10 years and beyond.  The studio is a gem.  Well equiped with ‘stuff’ you can’t imagine using, but with training you will.  I guarantee you will be challenged, learn much about yourself physically and mentally and leave with a sense of peace and friendship from being a part of Jude’s yoga family.

The classes are refreshing and energising, with exercises that can be adapted for both beginners and more practised students. The teacher is highly capable and inspires trust and confidence. A wonderful experience.

Jude's many years of experience show through in her teaching. Thorough and caring. Always come away feeling great.
