Great explore to what people used to have back then. Impressed by the estates being preserved. Attendants at the shops open were welcoming and helpful. Definitely worth the trip.
It's a lovely spot for a break when you are on your way to somewhere from Queenstown or if you are in cromwell. It's like a walk down the memory lane with historical displays open for you to explore on a beautiful lakeside. The cafe here served some delicious cakes and coffee.
Amazing place, hands down better than Arrowtown! Try the Angus beef sausage roll at Grain Store cafe too!
Very informative boards and lovely atmosphere. The animatronic didn’t work and ate my $1 but maybe it was on lunch break!
