The Olive Oil is certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Olives New Zealand, who carry out their testing in Australia to international and national standards.
Our varieties include Ascolano, J5, Frantoio and Leccino. The 2016 Ascolano Olive Oil is smooth and light and definitely our recommendation. The Frantoio is light with a peppery finish.
