Great produce, clean environment. What let it down was not one staff member said hello , rarely smiled...to me this speaks volumes that the Rolleston Countdown employees are not happy. You can excuse one or two but the whole collective team. Without your Frontline staff, managers won't have jobs. Look after them , they deserve it.
Hi Countdown you can do better then that. Sale sticker made up to attract customers. False advertising, customer service personnel not helpful.
Pricing is steep, selection is generally good. Fresh produce quality is good but not great. Good parking. Staff a bit hit and miss.
Really happy with the flowers sent to my daughter. I found a small Christmas gift to attach to the flowers. Gift selection could be extended to more of a range to choose from but still very pleased with the quality of the flowers.
A supermarket, like any other. Not cheap, not expensive. It has most things but always lacking something. I do prefer pacnsave as a rule but when needs must...
Great store with a wide variety of products. Staff know their products also. Great beer and wine selection.
When you first go it's really hard to understand the layout of it but until you a few times it gets easier
