This Countdown is the best. Much nicer feel in-store than your average supermarket, and what really sets this store apart from the rest is it’s 6am opening time 7am is standard for Countdowns. staff that work there are lovely...BUT I do not agree with whoever puts prices on things in produce....today the mushrooms had big sign $4 a packet and along side a much smaller sign saying $7...when its hot and we are in a hurry this sort of signage is not fair and honest.   I shop at this store all the time...but from now on I am going to go a few extra miles and go to Pack and Save with honest easy to view and understand signage.....I have had this happen with countdown Mt Eden lots of times.   now I am over it....not going back there

Outstanding vegetables and fruits. Even better selection of cheeses including the spectacular and awards winning special brand Over the Moon. This is a good supermarket. From 1 January 2019 this store will need to address how people with mobile shopping trolleys can use the self service facility to utilize this way of shopping. Not everyone wants to carry a heavy bag. I pointed this out to 2 staff members and they noted they'll discuss their service improvement to ensure that this can occur. It'd be great if this was the first Countdown in Auckland to effect this improvement.

Nice open isles all clearly labeled with an in store pharmacy. Pleasant staff with a clean floor thank you team.

Worst service ever! Booked the direct to boot service, notified them 15minutes earlier before arrival yet I still have to wait on the spot for another 20 minutes! This service is for time poor people to do their grocery online. If it can't be delivered in a timely manner, might as well just scrap this service!

Clean and up market newly renovated additional floor space and car park doubling the capacity also has pharmacy and Robert Harris Coffee shop, Coffee on the go or coffee and shop. As with all countdown store has great variety keep an eye on pricing if you are a value shopper. But great all round experience.

Another trusty rebranded countdown. Fresh muscles were available at the time of our visit.

It's the worst supermarket I've ever been to. I've been to numerous countdowns NWs PnSves and it just absolutely sucks. Far too big. Extremely overpriced. Lack of products. I just hated it. I've been there 3 times and I'm never going back!
