Love love loved our time here for nearly a week such a neat peaceful happy place and fun for the kids. We miss the Happy cleaner who does the kitchen, her laugh was the best and so contagious and also can't thank receptionist enough for sending our sheepy cuddly that miss left behind.....lucky it was a much loved back up......oh the adventures he went on to get back home to the Coast
Thank you. Just want to say amazing stay. We had a few of our family stay at the holiday park that week and all agree it was such a good value for money considering we had booked 6 different rooms/apartments. We were in town for a funeral and it felt good to have somewhere nice to come back to at the end of the night. Highly recommend. Would love to come back for a holiday. So comfortable feels like a home away from home. A true gem
Budget, quiet, comfy accommodation. We were in cottage 1 - beautifully self-contained, everything we needed for a one night travel stopover - and would have been good for a longer stay. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Double- glazed for quiet, good heaters, comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen for prepping meals amd great price. Recommend it.... and we will stop over again.
Stayed in room 5a. I feel that for the price the cabin i had was sufficient.nWhat was very disappointing and what was great:n1 the carpet was completely wet may of been carpet cleaned. I checked into my room at 7pm at night. It was extremely wet and miserable outside. The cabins windows were wide open, and the carpet completely wet. It was freezing! No consideration was made to turning on the heater for their guests checking in or closing the windows.n2 each day the towels were changed. I stayed a total of 9 nights. No coffee or tea was replaced, and i had to ask for toilet paper replacement.n3 the bins were only emptied once throughout my stay. We lived off takeaways so there was lots of rubbish.n4 the internet was great in room 5a. But i did hear from our other team mates that also stayed onsite that their internet was not great.n5 smart TV was fantasticn6 the wall heater needs replacing, so loud and heat efficiency wasn't great.n7 one side of the electric blanket doesn't workn8 the kitchen is great; element and microwaven9 bathroom and water pressure was great and clean
Didn’t expect much when booking but was very happy when arrived. Check in lady was amazing and lovely to deal with. Room was large, clean, warm, quiet and comfy. Very clean bathroom and good shower. Would highly recommend.
