Coromandel Seaview Motel

WOW! This was no ordinary motel.. this was a luxurious stay in a B&B like setting. 4 Stunning different rooms, a new separate kitchen and laundry for guest use, over and above the immaculate decor and cleanest rooms. The beds were super comfy, linen lovely and clean. Large rooms and bathroom in the 2bedroom suite we had. The views were to die for from our private balcony and spa. Hosts were so down to earth and friendly, you were welcomed to their home and were made to feel more like family than guests. But at the same time they were not hovering or interrupting you. Super quiet location. We will recommend Kim and Gail's accommodation to everyone!

We stayed here a couple weeks before the Christmas rush, and it was an absolutely brilliant getaway. Very unique location between the two bays, stunning views, and Gail and Kim the hosts are incredibly generous and lovely and made us feel like family. Despite some cooler, rainy days, there was still plenty to do and see nearby, and thanks to the covered balcony, we could still sit outside and enjoy the barbecue. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Coromandel!

Gail was super accommodating for our larger group with short notice. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Good old fashioned kiwi service which is hard to find these days. Would give more than 5 stars if I could and will definitely be back again! My new go-to in CoromandelRooms: 5/5

We haven't even left yet and Im eager to give this place the best review ever. Kim and Gail are amazing, beautiful hosts with great energy, that make you feel at home whilst still feeling like you're in your own stunning beach sanctuary. They've done a great job, worth every penny and more! Amenities are perfect!! We have a new born that we couldn't fit his porter cot in the car so expected for him to sleep on mum, then Kim realises this and brings out theres! Best air bnb/bookings ever!

This place is a hidden gem! Waking up to the sound of lambs and native New Zealand birds was a happy experience! We had our own private room with a balcony and an ensuite. There was alot of privacy and a beautiful view. The bed in Studio 2 was very comfortable/not squeaky with really good wifi and a big TV . The water pressure of the shower was very good with hair conditioner! The breakfast was very healthy and filling! Having breakfast on the balcony with the sun rising is breathtaking! Every small detail has been taken into account! The overall place was very tidy and the new owners Gail, Kim and Spike were very friendly with a relaxed vibe. They also gave us good beach recommendations nearby There is a string of shops like a four square and food places a quick 5 minute drive away as well. This is a fantastic place for anyone or a couple that lives in a city that need a quick weekend away!

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular. I can’t say enough about it. Along with the excellent amenities and super-friendly service, this place was close to flawless. Would love to stay again next time we are in Coromandel.Rooms: 5/5

Amazing! The room was spotless, and our hosts were so friendly! They even helped us change a tire! Wonderful views in such a cute, tucked away location! 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

So beautiful here I don't want to leave... super impressed with our Studio that was spotless from top to bottom, decor is beautiful as was the comfortable bed but of course the absolute highlight is the views. Oh my word...to wake up with the sound of the water softly rippling in the still air, to watch the sun rise behind the hills all from the comfort of our bed was pure magic. Love love loved every precious minute of being here.
