Constellation Bus Station

Good bus stop and relatively new facilities in it. Love the timeline of the history of Smales Farm. Really adds a touch to when waiting for your bus. Close to nearby schools so it's easy for students to get home. Station get crowded after 3 as students flock in.

This isnt for the good folks who work here, but some of the drivers will ignore pick ups or disabled people. AT is the worst at vetting drivers and are awful at holding them accountable. So much for saving the planet when the country’s own transportation services are some of the worst.

Constellation Drive has a lovely bus station. I find that it's usually fairly peaceful and quiet when there's not much hectic activity occuring. That's especially the case when it's Midday. The Morning and Afternoon, however, often has more hectic activity. Otherwise, its area for the most part has a very quiet and peaceful vibe in my opinion, despite being near the Northern Motorway or State Highway 1.nnI've also encountered a lot friendly service around this bus station. I even had assistance offered to me when I wanted to access the bathroom. I found that very accomidating. Yet, that occured outdoors before I went inside. Nothing bad happened, don't worry. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant bus station most significantly. The vibe is what often stands out for me the most.

Open, easy to navigate bus station. Has passenger assistance office, vending machines, ATP recharge/ticket machines. Toilets outside main building. Each stop has a departure board, but the main departure board was not working in the station hall. Mainline buses into the city stop here, and various regional services depart from here. Car park, bike rack.

Not recommended to ride a bike to the bus station because bikes can be stolen! nThe staff at the bus station was not bad, but unfortunately my bike was stolen. Because car parking spaces are very limited, riding bike might be more convenient during my school hours. But my bike was parked on the bike rack and locked, then it was still stolen. Very angry... disappointed with the security in Auckland, because the police can't do anything at all.
