Constellation Bus Station

Open, easy to navigate bus station. Has passenger assistance office, vending machines, ATP recharge/ticket machines. Toilets outside main building. Each stop has a departure board, but the main departure board was not working in the station hall. Mainline buses into the city stop here, and various regional services depart from here. Car park, bike rack.

Not recommended to ride a bike to the bus station because bikes can be stolen! nThe staff at the bus station was not bad, but unfortunately my bike was stolen. Because car parking spaces are very limited, riding bike might be more convenient during my school hours. But my bike was parked on the bike rack and locked, then it was still stolen. Very angry... disappointed with the security in Auckland, because the police can't do anything at all.

A major bus station to change buses to other places in Auckland

It's an OK us station, no issues, not veur clean but OK. But I need this to be seen, and Google needs to know about the bus changes to 120 heading to west Auckland. It has changed from 120 Henderson, to occasionally 120 Hobsonville. It always changes and always messes up people, I've had to explain to people it has changed so many times it's getti g ridiculous. Google needs to change the bus routes and update them to stay consistent and reliable. People aren't going to expect to get off their bus 10 stops before their destination, Google needs to update this info, it's annoying.

As good as a central bus stop can be, a service centre manned during business hours, some toilets vending machines and a small cafe. You can top up your AT hop card with two specific machines in the covered lobby
