We stayed here for a night to have a family get away for school holidays. Lynda was very kind and hospitable to move us to the two br apartment with spa bath. Oh my it was really exquisite and awesome!!nnThe place was actually superb and stunning in person than the photos posted online. It was spotless clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It had all what we needed TV had netflix.nLocation wise perfection.nWished we stayed for couple more nights.nnThe pool and the play area was really a plus. Very child - friendly, convenient, and just perfect. The spa bath was just amazing!nnHighly recommended when you go to Blenheim!
Positive Aspects - This is a well-maintained motel with comfortable beds and exceptionally clean sheets. The unit includes basic kitchen facilities and a Smart TV with access to popular streaming services Netflix, Disney+, and Prime. The owners, Linda and Steve, are very accommodating and consistently keep the area clean and tidy. Climate control includes an air conditioner in the lounge and basic standing fans in the bedrooms.nAreas for Improvement - Dining Space: The small kitchen and dining table make seating for five people uncomfortably tight. The table needs to be moved to allow five guests to sit comfortably.n• Kitchenware: There was an insufficient number of large serving bowls. No kitchen scissors in place, no oven mittens. The bathrooms lack exhaust fans. The shower area features an old-style dial control and a shower curtain that is short for the floor barrier, leading to water splashing outside
Our 2-bedroom spa unit was perfect for the weekend away. Wish we could have stayed a week. Second time staying here. Felt very welcome. Good facilities. Full kitchen. Clean and tidy. And valued the Plunger coffee! Happily go back next time in Blenheim.
Such a nice place run by a really nice couple. They welcomed our family dog and the room was clean and tidy. Nice gardens all around the property, highly recommend.
I stay here for work, the lady in the reception is very attentive, remembered me from my short stay months prior. I was late back from work oneday and she had turned on the heat pump for me to work the room mid winter. Great facilities and well kept property. Showers have great water pressure and room was really clean.
