The paintball was super fun me and my friends really enjoyed!nSadly on multiple occasions the were many racist and sexist comments made by the staff. These comments definitely ruined the experience.
My son had his birthday here last year and has asked me to book in again this year too. I also had my stag do here. Awesome, friendly, well informed staff. A brilliant way to spend a few hours
Highly recommend! Everything was fantastic. Great staff, easy booking, clear instruction, friendly and fun. The young birthday boys loved it.
Went on a trip to Dunedin and decided that giving paintball a go would be a good experience. But soon realized that Combat Zone Paintball was run by angry, careless, racist people who do not know how to treat their customers with respect. This is purely not a personal thing just letting others know for the future. Some comments were said by a few of the employees to one of my darker skinned accomplices including “You look like a gangster” and “I’ve seen you on Police Ten 7 before” as well as calling me and my mate “A toddler” after standing up for ourselves after being unjustly yelled at. The only thing that was good was the facts that we were allowed to spray bullets at each other. I advise to try somewhere else for paintball.
Very good place for a group activity. Lots of fun and they provide a bbq area with tables for use which we used well
