My daughter and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Colonial Lodge! Well maintained inside and out. Comfortable beds. Playground and games room for kids. Swimming pool, laundry access, kitchenettes, spa pool, sky, Netflix for the families. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

A hidden gem! Well appointed, large unit, clean, comfortable, friendly. 10 min drive to central Napier. Perfect for families & the folk who don't need room service & the more upmarket hotel servicesRooms: 5/5

Nice staffs, big rooms. Private pool and spa. Only problem is the couple next to us fights in the morning and people had a party till late night, and the bbq smell way too strong.Rooms: 5/5

Clean Room's wonderful service,fantastic staff, will definitely stay here again. As we had teenager's and grandchildren the game's room kepted them intertained. They loved the heated pool would definitely recommend, well done team thanks for a great stay.Rooms: 5/5

A well appointed unit that was wanting for nothing pretty much. On site games room was a bonus and managed to use the gigantic spa pool!. Owners very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place on your next stay in the Bay.Rooms: 4/5
