I just love this place, the view over the mariner is lovely, its so clean, great prices, Sandy & Kev are just wonderful and so helpful theres never a problem they go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are happy, and its a 5 min walk to some really nice restaurants.

Situated by the marina which is a view to die for. If Sandy is on the desk you'll get a great reception. Book a room, you won't be disappointed.

Nice and very clean. Good view of marina from the second floor's balcony. Ample parking.

Staff is sooo friendly and competent. Room is clean. Restroom very neat! Wifi in all rooms. Only downside is the location. Definately have to drive into town to see Napier.

Good location rooms have all ths amenities but could do with a good clean- the carpet was badly stained - bed spread stained. Bed comfort was average. Fortbe price they charge you would expect a little more. Frendy staff - easy parking etc

The room rate was overpriced for what was supplied.our team leader though he secured identical price for all rooms $220 share twin pernight for 4 nights abit over the top

Pretty dated ... needs a refurb to bring it up to standard ... sparsley furnished ..no coffee machine

Best place in town, tremendous staff and management service.
