This is a must visit place when you are in Greytown or in the neighbourhood. This is a museum that showcases early settlements of Greytown. It consists of a little village made to bring public closer to life of early settlers. You can see their first hospital, workshop, school, fire station and much more...
Spent the best part of an hour wandering around the museum and historic buildings. Good value at $7 if you like history.
Its a must to visit especially to view old buildings and see how the early settlers lived. the grounds have lovely historic buildings. Not only old buildings but equipment that the settlers would have used. its a must to visit in the lovely Wairarapa
We only visited the printer workshop because we arrived at the end of the afternoon. We spend a very pleasant time and talked a lot with the volonter. He showed us a lot of things. Thanks to him. The park is lovely. However the price is too high 7$ pp.
