A big thank you to Michelle who checked us in late last night. We had visited multiple motels in Thames with no luck—Michelle saved the day! She was cheerful and helpful. Her classic kiwi hospitality made us smile and we felt so cared for. A great way to end our trip around the Coromandel Peninsula. Thank you Michelle.
Such a beautiful location with amazing sea views, conveniently close to town just a couple minutes drive. Lovely Rooms very comfortable and clean and the views of the sunset are just unbeatable will definitely be coming back.
We had booked for a single night...decided to stay for a second as place was great.nFree upgrade to chalet as they weren't fully booked. Gorgeous location. Friendly host. No complaints at all...would love to return.

Overpriced and quite disappointing. Our room was hot and stuffy. A bit shocked to find hair in the basin and shower and cobwebs with spiders in the bathroom. The greeting at reception was unfriendly and not welcoming. Location is lovely across from the lake but you will need to drive back to town for food and supplies. Murky water from water supply, I’d suggest bottled water.
