We booked to see Dr Andrew and they failed to tell us he moved. So we tracked him down at Kingsland Doctors. Service and help is hopeless. I booked an appointment 3 times with no signs of getting better. Finally got to see Dr Andrew and his words were "it's very clear what you have and I don't know why you were given wrong medication." Thank you airport doctors for proving you're incompetent and lack the knowledge to properly care for your community.

I have been with this clinic for more than 10 years and had a good experience, especially with the doctors, Dr Caroline and Dr Andrew. However today I was very unhappy with the receptionist and her service. I was told to wait for about 2-3 hours before seeing a doctor. So I did, and I explained to the lady in the reception, before hand why I was there. I was there because my daughter had a blockage in her ear. Although we waited 3 hours all the doctor did was, check my daughters ears and gave us a list of places to visit that was made especially for my daughters issue. I was unhappy because we spent almost our whole entire day waiting there and got told to go to these clinics. I would’ve appreciated if they informed us to go to these places before making us wait 3 hours and then seeing a doctor. The lady in the reception had a bad service. As I spoke to her, she had no intention in hearing me out, she was quite rude and did not try to understand me and what I was trying to say. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service!! It’s a great clinic with good doctors, but definitely a new receptionist for sure.

Was given an appointment of by the nurse 1 week ago appointment was 9.30am but had to wait 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. Needless to say the reception is very bad. No one answers the phone or gives you a call back. Improve your service s airport doctors service a

the doctor threatened and kicked my brother just cause he gave a 1 star review today and i am fuming with rage. absolute bogus i will never ever bring any of my family or friends here again.

Worst receptionist ever. They never pick up their landline. I sat here for 2 hours and tried calling them. They hear and see the phone ringing yet they don’t pick up. Wish I could give ZERO stars. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Pathetic!!

I have been with the Airport Doctor for over 13 years. I love my family doctors and nurses and Halal receptionist, but recently few weeks ago I rang 8:35 or 8:40 am to book for doctor as I had a vagina infection or candida fungus, it was terrible with that problem, therefore I really need the doctors whether to see or give me the right medicine for treatment but the new receptionist told me they have fully booked that day because the left over booking patients of the previous days so I have to book for the week after but I was in the emergency situation can’t wait as the infection was bad. So I told her I can’t wait until next week, so that I have to go to the Local Doctor for the treatment. Im not sure the now situation of the airport doctors were always full of the booking patients every day and left over from the previous days but I hope they can solve it out whether to hire more doctors or nurses to help follow up with the service to the number of the current patients or do something else to help the services getting better. Anyway what I want is to help my family doctor improve their services or getting better to help the patients needs. I always love my doctors and nurses especially doctors Shen Ooi, Andrew; receptionist Halal,… so much! I hope you all solve that out and getting better services!!!!

We organized our pre-departure covid PCR tests with this doctor. After phoning around all the clinics these guys were the only ones who could assure us that the results would come back in 24 to 30 hours in this extreme busy level 4 panic in NZ. The service was excellent, from the abundantly capable reception ladies to the charming doctor. In stressful times they were terrific. Results came back in 24 hours and we got emailed and printed certificates..

Ever since Dr Andrew left its been a mess with no intentions of actually helping the patients now, Dr Andrew moved to Doctors at Kingsland by the way !!

I had a few things to ask Dr Shen. 10 minutes into the consultation, I asked him I have another thing to discuss, his words exact ‘Are you sure it’s the last thing? Because I don’t have time’. Super annoyed as there were only a few other patients in the waiting area and the doctor didn’t take in a patient for a good hour. Whats the rush for? Not like you guys care for these reviews anyway. Same day Update: I received a letter from Dr Shen advising me to find another clinic because I left a negative review instead of them resolving the use. He has terminated my care with Airport Doctors.
