Community guidelines:
(i) The Choice Not Chance Facebook page shares information and advice about gambling-related harm in New Zealand.
(ii) We want to promote a community where you can share your own thoughts and experiences safely.
(iii) Experience with gambling harm can be highly personal so please be sensitive to others and remember the golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated.
(iv) Please note that this is not a support service. If you are concerned about your gambling (or somebody else’s) we encourage you to call the Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655. The service provides free advice and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also send us a text on 8006. If you wish, the Gambling Helpline can put you in touch with support services and confidential counselling in your local area.
