A central location especially during the weekdays for those working in the CBD. The store is often packed during lunchtime while everyone tries to get the required necessities. The location is right in the middle of Lambton Quay and on the first floor via a set of escalators. It’s usually stocked up well and often replenished. Queues are often long however you won’t be in it for long as there are many counters opened to encourage a faster flow. Click and collect is easy as well but needs an allocated counter rather than having to join an existing queue.
I recently visited this Chemist Warehouse to get a prescription filled, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the process was. Despite it being a busy store, the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. It’s great to have a pharmacy that manages high traffic so well while still being friendly. I’ll definitely be back for my future health needs.
Very disappointed with my interaction with the staff member at the Pharmacy. I arrived early for my flu jab, told the staff member when my appointment was but for some reason he wasn’t understanding me. I do have an accent but I guess saying my appointment is at ‘twenty to’, rather than ‘five-forty’ caused some confusion. He didn’t understand and asked if I’d already had the jab. I corrected him, said I had booked but again he kept acting confused. I got the impression he didn’t want to bother with it anymore so told me to have a seat. He then said something to his colleague and went away. I ended up sitting and waiting for no reason as those who came after me were given buzzers. So I felt really stupid just being sat there while everyone got their prescriptions and jabs. It only got rectified when I re-joined the queue ten minutes after my appointment time because no one had checked. Terrible customer service
Shockingly bad customer service online, ignore you and explain why their false advertising is somehow justified. They are clueless and careless. The store is often put of stock on items and woth wrong price tags. The only reason it gets more than one star is that, annoyingly, their specials are competitive.
Useless security guard this Friday afternoon. Went to grab one thing then was stopped at the door just because it started beeping. Wasted my time searching through my bag to find nothing while letting other people go even though it was beeping for them too literally saw him give the all clear to an old lady right in front of me. If you're going to stop me at the door, stop everyone else too dude.nnCheckout service was nice though.
