Very self entitled rude chemist explaining why I got one tub of cream when prescription was for two. I had to ask as he just gave me a paper bag with one and turned away. It is confusing as it is NZ law apparently even though dr signed it for two. He said they can only give one 3 months supply unless it says use as directed, not use twice weekly. Not sure why he got so annoyed and was rude to me but it was a very unpleasant experience after a a long wait to drop prescription and a long wait to pick up.
Service can be a bit hit and miss sometimes, the new perfime/ make up area is amazing lots of choices. The biggest issue is the security guard, an older , tall man he is intimidating and can make a person feel very uncomfortable with his over the top behavior.
I asked a staff for assistance… he told me to go find someone else as he is too busy. I wish i could say this to my clients. From the reviews… the guy is pretty consistent.
Staff are so unfriendly. They make you feel like such a nuisance if you ask for help. On a few occasions now I've approached a staff member for help, they won't speak to me, barely look at me and act generally annoyed to have been bothered. They chat and act friendly with each other though. Has really out me off coming back.
The shop is well stocked, and easy to get a park. The staff are a bit standoffish. The lady that served me at the counter appeared quite robotic lol
