Pretty disappointed with the lack of service I received today. Called through to the pharmacy side as I was wanting a repeat script and the female I got on the phone I couldn’t hear clearly and she seemed very disinterested in helping me out. She then told me to just go into the store instead and immediately hung up on me. I was polite and just asked a simple question which I have never had a problem with before at any chemist warehouse. Quite disappointing.
Went to ask about a vaccine and felt the pharmacist quite judgmental and unhelpful.nIt was a young white woman, I ended up getting it done in another pharmacy with a pharmacist from overseas with a much better customer service.nDay and night difference.
Whilst this is a smaller store, it is tidy and I have found the staff here to be the most pleasant and helpful. You get your purchase placed into a paper bag without having to ask them.
Very surprised and shocked at how chemist warehouse claim to be cheapest in prices....but as I went in the other day, thier protein isolate by inc, which is usually around $80 mark, is up to $130...is this because sales are popular?. I ended up going to a mainstream supplements store and got the same product for $80.....chemist warehouse seems to be after money like supermarket greed
Went to the pharmacy to get a emergency script, was told by pharmacist I needed to see doctor at aftercare because the doctors were still open aftercare appointments cost over $80, which doesn’t make much since as we would be waiting a long time and possibly delayed due to triage process. went across to unichem who were way more helpful and was able to get it sorted.
