Extremely Disappointed with Click & Collect ExperiencennI placed a click and collect order and received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. The confirmation clearly stated that pickup was available until 7pm. I arrived at 5pm—well within the stated time—only to find the store closing.nnWhen I asked a staff member about collecting my order, she told me she didn’t have access or didn’t know how to process it. I had driven 25 minutes to get there, only to leave empty-handed despite having a confirmed order.nnThis experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If the store can’t honour the pickup time or ensure staff are trained to handle orders, then customers should be informed beforehand. I hope this issue is addressed so others don’t go through the same.
I am extremely disappointed with the repeated unacceptable behavior of the cashier 110998 RITU at this Chemist Warehouse on Cameron - Tauranga!!! On multiple occasions, she has been blatantly rude, refusing to answer customer questions and responding with disrespectful hand gestures. This is not just a one-time incident—it has happened several times, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable as a customer. It is shocking that such poor customer service is tolerated. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and provide proper training to ensure all staff treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. This kind of behavior should not be allowed in any customer-facing role.
Went to get an emergency supply from this pharmacy of my asthma medicine, as I was sick and had gone through my prescription a few days early. The pharmacist Didn't catch a name, African, short, skinny Quizzed me about asthma, then told me that I was to go to the nearest hospital and await emergency care at my own costs. No other pharmacy has denied me for respiratory care when I didn't have a simple inhaler Had this prescription since 1997nWhat a joke, it's meant to be a pharmacy, not a court room.. Avoid at all costs.
Great chemist to visit even if it's layout is a little cramped. Found what I wanted immediately as the signage is precise. Luckily I struck it when there were few shoppers and went straight to a friendly checkout person. In and out in five minutes. Perfect.
This was a shocker. We asked for an item to be got for us for which we paid for in advance but this chemist failed to acquire the item required. They used excuses to cover up their mistakes. We asked for a credit and my wife had to show them how to do an EFTPOS reversal as the staff did not know how to do it. I will never be back. It's lucky I gave it one star.
