I had some cough and they recommended me this brand which I am familiar in my country . It’s been 3 days later and I feel so much better . A week ago , I also bought facial moisturizer and sun screen . Quite reasonable prices .

I just wanted to praise “Lins” wonderful & kind Customer Service. I’d just come out of hospital after having Surgery & she helped me sort out an unpaid Perscription charge, over the phone. She was very professional & kind. She then helped with a click n collect which I got my son to collect. I felt she went above & beyond & should be recognised for it. Thanks again Lin:

Not usually one to leave a comment and I understand it is a busy time of year but the woman yelling out from the till at customers to move forward in line and tills are open in such urgency essentially yelling at the customers and then while checking out talking about how hard it is to get out of bed to be there at the moment kind of dampens the experience, was good discounts for what I wanted though ‍

Today i had the Best service from Monique in  the dispensary  part of CW, she helped me find all the products i required for my sick family and was very caring and kind in her customer service  and ensured I was looked after with my scripts also. Many products to choose from highly recommend this store .
