Absolutely shocking customer service. Fresh out of a serious operation coming home from hospital and trying to get pain medication to relieve the pain from surgery, half way through sorting out script they decide to go on break making us wait 1 hour until being served
Good prices especially sale items. I hate your checkouts though. Having to walk through all those perfumes are disgusting.
Staff here don't know how there own store works! A girl wouldn't let me just swap a click and collect order which I've done before 3 times. She went on and on but finally did it. Said I had to get a refund first but there was no difference in dollar value. She obviously wasn't the sharpest tack in the box. I'm not sure how she even got a job there tbh.
Absolutely disgusting treatment from their Pharmacist Jess Park. Was rude, very loud about my illness. Humiliating experience and it’s obvious this girl has some serious racist or bias opinions that she brings to work.
I really love this store with all their viraity... the staff on the other hand is so rude I will never go back there again
