I had some cough and they recommended me this brand which I am familiar in my country . It’s been 3 days later and I feel so much better . A week ago , I also bought facial moisturizer and sun screen . Quite reasonable prices .

Increasingly disappointed with the wait times and lack of urgency with some staff at the pharmacy end. Multiple staff on the floor and doing the prescriptions but only 1 person serving! Today I got to the front of the line, after receiving texts hours earlier to advise prescriptions were ready for collection only to wait for another 15 minutes whilst 2 girls mucked about “trying to find it”!! Honestly! Service gets worse and worse!!

Rude pharmacist in the dispensary. Had to talk to him to grab a product that was a pharmacist only. It looked like he didn't want to be there! Such bad customer service. Especially if you've chosen to work in healthcare. Put a fake smile on, you're serving customers who are patients! Have some empathy.

I just wanted to praise “Lins” wonderful & kind Customer Service. I’d just come out of hospital after having Surgery & she helped me sort out an unpaid Perscription charge, over the phone. She was very professional & kind. She then helped with a click n collect which I got my son to collect. I felt she went above & beyond & should be recognised for it. Thanks again Lin:

So. Me and my partner went shopping in here and when we finished paying for our things i noticed 4 people walk out after they have payed and the security buzzer went off 4 times for them but the security guard didnt stop them or pay any mind too the buzzer going off for them. Hes sitting right my the door btw But as soon as me and my partner walk out and it buzzes on us… he goes and trys too stop us like we took something.. i reply too him and say “mate you didnt stop those 4 people walking out but stop us..?” He then says “sir come back here” i reply and say ‘NO! Its my fault your guys security system is faulty and i find it kinda sad you stopped us and not anyone else’.nnDidnt appreciate that at all.
