Went in to get my some knives sharpened and picked up some other small bits while I was there. Was impressed by the depth of knowledge that Angus had and felt comfortable leaving my knives in his hands. Really happy with the results, he did an amazing job at a very fair price. Regarding the other bits I bought - cheaper than amazon for the same or better quality. Chef’s Ware is an absolute gem.
