It's old but good, gets the job done for me especially as I am close to the city center. Most shops have not disappointed me in customer service and the mall itself is nice and clean. It usually is busy and security personnel are around from them to time. Parking is plenty, a good place to hangout sometimes as well.
Went to Seirre Cafe I think it's called in centre place opposite the massage place just as you enter centre shopping centre The lady that works there KeilarI hope I've spelt your name right? Was awesome and really nice great service and YES great coffee!nI also visited Starbucks near there and the white chocolate mocha was AMAZING!nI was a bit shocked when I went to go get my hair done at 'Edge' though, altho the lady who did my hair and eyebrows did an okay job, as I got my hair trimmed she used a mens shavier/razor to cut alot of my hair off instead of normal scissors. I've had my hair done at other places and never has anyone cut my hair with a razor/shaver machine before it was done under 5 minutes but the front of my hair wasnt really even, it looks okay but I've noticed the back was cut okay but the front looks ragged and uneven. She was a nice girl and smiled and friendly Tip please dont use a shaver for women's hair unless they are getting a shave I didnt get a shave I just got a trim so this confused me why she would of used a mechanical razor/shaver and done under 5 minutes, it was really fast which is awesome. It usually takes my local hair dresser more than 30 minutes to do a proper job. It felt way to rushed & they need more staff, the girl who was doing my hair I felt for her so much because she was saying they dont have enough staff & she I think said she studying at the same time- working 6 days, her boss seemed to be rushing her due to low staff - get more staff and DONT rush, go reasonably fast but not rushed where someone ends up with a ragged haircut like I did. She explained she worked 6 days. Not bagging on the girl - the boss should not rush her staff & get more staff on if it's too much for only the amount of people you have - and dont make them overwork if they're exhausted. I might come back in, in about a year to see if things have changed. But anyway the rest of the day went well, brought a jacket and top from mirrou I love that place!
Such a great experience. Especially when I entered Michael Hill to buy my wife a ring. Staff were so helpful and friendly which made my job very easy. The manager was very knowledgeable and considerate when helping me. Thanks heaps.
I’ve seen other comments about the car park and it’s really confusing as there is nowhere in the car park to say you have to pay and when your inside the mall there’s a pay machine for the parking.nOther than that, it’s an outdated mall with a cafe and food court with limited options available.nThere is a cinema on site. On one of the levels as you go from the car park to inside the mall, there’s some good art work.nThere is also mini golf and I believe an escape room on level 1 which I found cool for kids.nOverall I would return but only to get what I need and leave.
The management of this space has been dismal the last couple of years. Funny parking system that picks your entry but cannot see when you left, so you have to checkout even if it’s 10 mins and pings you for a fine, do not understand why they cannot send it only if time has been exceeded. Have also had instances of booking the parking ahead only to find no allocated parking is available and they send you a fine if you park in another space. And the restrooms were in horrible shape last couple of visits, none of the stalls had any toilet papers and the flush was not working glad i checked before using!. If the management has changed, the new ones are doing a lousy job.
