Greetings “good morning “ to the not-so-old lady at the main reception a good morning this holiday Sept 26 to brighten the day but this one requires good customer service. It's my 2nd time and first time bringing my kid swimming but this lady is not so helpful and....I didn't know that we need passes for slides and extras to use the facilities for kids. But thanks to the young lady at the reception. The area is enjoyable.
Was there with a female friend. I am also a female. She laughed into my shoulder about something I said in the spa pool, the older round female life guard told us to separate immediately. I then watched this same life guard make rude gestures behind a man's back as he was diving into the lanes. She then proceeded to stair at myself and my friend. Rude, sexist, I'd even go as far to say homophobic for two female friends. The two young woman at the desk were super friendly and very helpful. They are the only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one
While visiting Timaru this week I went daily to the Caroline Bay Trust Aquatic Centre. Was very impressed with the place. Facilities were clean and well cared for. Made ka pai use of the pool, sauna & spa. Staff were lovely, always a smile and very helpful. Definitely a place to go if your in Town
My boy enjoyed the pool but a bit late to go onto water slide.opened later

Great place to take the kids for swimming, playing on the hydroslide. Nice cafe with great coffee and food.
Well priced and great fun. Little waterslides for the kids are great.
Best place to beat the heat with laps in outdoor pool.
Great. Such a relaxing time in the pool. Super coffee.
