What an absolute disgrace.nWent to get some pricing on a product.nNo they dont keep it and cant get i will have to wait 3 months minimum.Went next door friendly service person helped me in no go and got the product immediatly.Needless to say you just lost $5000 worth of sale Carters Cambridge and a potencial customer for life.
